I have received not new bumps in the counters for photos or location edits for two cycles now.
Yesterday I think I received some for title/desc, but I’m not sure. But if I did, it was a strange number like “12”. It is possible, perhaps even likely, that I didn’t finish off the batch from the previous cycle, but I have so many contributions that I’m not exactly sure.
The the best of my knowledge, I have not received any warning or anything that would have resulted in such a pause.

Little confused by this, as there isn’t a counter for the current challenge; we have to keep track of our own edits, and Niantic will give periodic updates on the community totals.
If you are talking about reviewing, edits don’t count towards the agreement percentage; only Wayspot nomination agreements count, and this is listed in the Agreements & Upgrades section of the Help Center:
Note: Reviews of Wayspot Edits are not counted as Agreements at this time.
I thought this is what you meant. I am getting mine. I can’t tell you at what point in the day I get them, but I have them the next morning here (East Coast US)
They usually hit a midnight, UTC.
I’m pretty sure I got title/desc ones two days ago, but not the other two. On yesterday’s refresh, I got none.
I know other local Ingress players who got theirs. So, it seems not wide spread.
I know there is a lot of chatter about “bans” due to excessive location moves, and as you can see, I used all mine up. But then again, I always use all mine up so, this state is nothing new for me.
I would also expect an email or other notification if indeed I was banned on some feature. But I have not seen one.
So, this could be any sort of thing.
Neither restarting the app nor the phone helped.
Keep in mind that the US did have Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, so it could be that they didn’t adjust the reset time correctly. Midnight UTC is now 4pm Pacific Standard Time, whereas before Sunday midnight UTC was 3pm Pacific Daylight Time.
Fully aware. That is why I waited two cycles before posting anything.
I just think they shouldn’t have done a challenge during the Daylight Saving Time, and also, you should have reported right away.
This looks like you are too far away from the portal to contribute. Or did you really used all your possible edits?
What happens when you tap on one of the menu items?
I really used all of my edits. (I’ve been playing Ingress since before it was released, I know a little bit about it; though I did take five years off.)
It says I have none available and will get 5 or 10 more tomorrow, as appropriate.
It said the same thing yesterday.
