Not receiving Wayfarer statistics email

I also am not getting these even though I have emails enabled in game, have never blocked these emails or any emails.

Could you please check my request also? I didn’t receive Oct or Nov., I posted above, and I have triple-checked that “Email me events, offers, and updates” toggle is turned on.

Hi there! Pretty much the same issue here and my answers are as follows:

  1. Yes! Also toggled on and off a few times
  2. Probably, I don’t think I’ve gotten a promotional email in years
  3. Probably as well, if I did this may have been the method used

Has anybody who had the correct settings turned on but still doesn’t get them been able to make it work?

I’ve had mine turned on since 2016, or whenever it was added to the settings, a long time… No emails.

  2. Google may have, and I just clicked a link myself today in a 2024 email thinking there might be a “manage your subscriptions” page. (Haven’t received any in 2025)
  3. No.

Some probably pertinent information:

My wayfarer emails come to [user.name]@gmail.com whereas my PoGo marketing emails (used to) come to [username]@gmail.com despite being registered using the same Google login.

Edit: I also had problems linking a Pokemon Trainer central account because it had to be created with the (wrong, but still functional) email on file. Somehow I figured that out.

Go, I have checked my spam and promotions filter, and I have never blocked or marked as spam any emails from niantic/wayfarer.I also have never unsubscribed from any emails from niantic/Pokémon go.

Still no email here either.

I haven’t been getting the emails, i have everything correctly set up. Is there some way I can contact niantic support about this?

So I just started getting these as of today! (I posted earlier in this thread that I was not.)

I don’t know if it was a Niantic fix, but if it wasn’t, the only thing I did differently was unlink my Apple ID from my account, since I had used the “hide my email” option and wondered if the emails were going there (into outer space somewhere) instead of the Gmail email also linked to the account. I made this change 4-6 weeks ago (can’t remember exactly) and today I got my first one of these emails to that same Gmail account :tada:

Thank you for responding but I haven’t gotten any in months, I’ve been waiting :sob: the most I get are the community updates, but aside from that nothing and I’ve been signed up for it since it was available last year :anxious_face_with_sweat:
