I haven’t received the email for the past 2 months, last one I got was October 2025. For the 3 questions:

  1. Was the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting toggled on in the Account Settings of your Pokémon GO app?

Yes.

  1. Have you ever unsubscribed from Niantic emails using the “Unsubscribe” link found within a past email?

Yes, I unsubscribed from pokemongo@email.nianticlabs.com. Didn’t realise this was linked to other “@email.nianticlabs.com” emails. Is there a way to resubscribe?

  1. Have you tried unsubscribing from emails using your native email server settings?

No.

I still do not get it either. Is it any idea to make the information available online @NianticAaron ? I have around ten wayspots in Disneyland Paris and Inam

    Yes.

    I think I may have, I would like to resubscribe but cannot find a way to do so.

    No.

I hope this gets resolved soon and am looking forward to it!

They roll out. I don’t have mine yet either. Way too early to say you didn’t get this one.

Edit to say I got it Fri, Feb 6, 5:28 PM EST in my Gmail Promotions tab.

+)Except for the mail about the candidates that were previously submitted, when you submit a new candidate, it comes to the registered mail now. It seems to have been fixed.
