I haven’t received the email for the past 2 months, last one I got was October 2025. For the 3 questions:
- Was the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting toggled on in the Account Settings of your Pokémon GO app?
Yes.
- Have you ever unsubscribed from Niantic emails using the “Unsubscribe” link found within a past email?
Yes, I unsubscribed from pokemongo@email.nianticlabs.com. Didn’t realise this was linked to other “@email.nianticlabs.com” emails. Is there a way to resubscribe?
- Have you tried unsubscribing from emails using your native email server settings?
No.

I still do not get it either. Is it any idea to make the information available online @NianticAaron ? I have around ten wayspots in Disneyland Paris and Inam
