Hard to predict since some nominations are resolved within a day or so through an automated algorithm, however community voting can take variable amounts of time (sometimes several months) to complete.
We on here unfortunately cannot know or predict how long it will take.
It depends both on the area and on the current reviewing activity. It might be a good idea to ask your locals.
Seconding @seaprincesshnb 's advice to make your titles more distinct, possibly tied to their geographic locations (since even in your own small set of nominations that is shown, there are already redundant names).

Pokemon Go has a once a day sync. I think it is happening right about now. If you made the cutoff for today, it will show in the next half hour or so if eligible. If you did not make todayâs cutoff, check tomorrow around this time.
Ingress syncs much later than PoGo, so takes longer to see in iitc.
If you submitted to an empty cell, but reviewers thought that was the wrong place, they could have corrected it to a different spot than where you pinned it.

It has been 12 hr since accepted and it comes in another 17 cell
What if a Pokestop has been removed a while ago and now there is a new one accepted in the same cell⊠will it appear in game? Because there is no more existing Pokestop in the game since the other one has been removed.
