He querido ya desde hace una semana crear wayspot en mi comunidad pero existe una bomba de agua manual que quise poner como pokeparada pero esta no cumple las normas segun niantic, pero son bombas manuales viejas que ya no se ven y no son muy comunes y me informan que no es elegible hay algo que pueda hacer o es imposible crearle un wayspot

Members will look in to it and possible suggest rejection reasons and / or improvements that may allow you to get an Accept.
If you also don’t mind stating the area some will look at maps to try and find possible nominations for you.

Podria subir la ubicación de mi comunidad sin problemas pero al ser un sub corregimiento no existen imagenes en el google maps por lo que no se podria ver como son los alrededores mas alla de las fotos que yo mismo puedo darles
I agree with the decision on this one. Unless you have some kind of documentation that this is being preserved as a relic, then it does not meet any of the criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, or be social.
Ahi mismo al costado de la bomba manual de agua hay un kiosco y esta la casa comunal de mi comunidad, entonces convendria solamente intentar hacer a esos 2 wayspots?

El kiosco de la casa comunal es el pequeño de la derecha la casa comunal es la de la izquierda funciona para realizar actividades recreativas de la comunidad y juntas importantes y el kiosco es una pequeña tienda de convivencia

Oh, that is not something we can tell you exactly. Wayfarer staff don’t actually decide most nominations. They usually go into community review, which can take from a couple of days to a few months in recent times. If you are not getting a decision fast enough for your liking, then you can earn an upgrade to send your nomination to a wider pool of reviewers by reviewing nominations yourself.
