  • Additional info:
I am genuinely confused as to how the existing title is “most accurate” than the official title given by the mural artist himself. Below is a screenshot from a Facebook post by the mural artist quoting the official name of the mural, which can also be seen painted at the top of the mural itself in the photos. My title edit was to update the title of the way spot to that of the official title given to the mural by the artist. The existing title does not appear anywhere on the mural or in the post by the mural artist.

I would like a second look at this decision please as I strongly believe it is incorrect and that my suggested title edit for the official title should be accepted.

Hey @sunkast,

Thank you for the appeal and the link in the appeal statement :slightly_smiling_face:

Your appeal was rejected because the title you had submitted was not the complete official title. So, we rejected the appeal and updated the correct name of the mural as shown in the link you provided.
Please give it some time and the changes will reflect.

Thank you kindly for taking a second look.

The changes were made before you posted this. I didn’t do anything.

This is really interesting. Can the appeals team indicate that they are rejecting the appealed text but are making the correction?

They indicated that this particular text was getting rejected.

but not that they would correct the existing title. some of my appeals here might be unnecessary if i knew the correction were being made, just not my exact correction.
