I make a contstation of a pokestop in the 15 of july and when was negated two or one day after was becouse bad words or linguage, but i did’nt use any of then. The only word who can be called *bad was vandalism, who isn’t a provocative neither criticism world, i use to to discribe some people that litery without concern vandalized the inferior part of the pokestop that i contestate, and i use the word in generic term only to not turn a criticism.
Theres other possible frase when i told that the creators of the pokestop, that is a graffiti, change of home, but i wasn’t intended to criticise anyone by the actions, i only was using as a argument for the time that was passed without several alterations.
Also i check the images and any of then has a provocative object.
Theres is no reason to was negated by this particuliar reason, i’m not trying to give a chance, is because i alredy had a bad actitude alert in todays 1a.m. without do anything wrong in the alerted piece and is with fear that someother ocorrered and i have a ban. if can remove the alert from my acount or do verification by my motive to the negation i mostly thak you

You should receive 3 emails about this including one which gives an example of what it is that caused the ban. Did you get the emails?
Punishments are not issued through an automatic process they are all investigated by people and then having looked at the facts people decide on the ban.

This graffiti is located at the end of a dead-end street, it is iconic or striking for the same reason since there is no way to enter the street without seeing the painting in the background, almost like a logo, and it is quite large. It is not finished in the future because those responsible for finishing it have moved and it has been for more than 4 years without changes other than vandalism.
I rote this to argumentate that the pokestop is considerated iconic( isn’t teling but i talk with local peaple ) and to do a explanation of why i think and probably that yet not over can be considerated one grafiti/ not have chance to be terminated or erased.
If theres a rule that not can be one that isn’t over even with that context there’s not problem to continuate negated, but the negation motive of the contestation and ban alert in my thinking have to go over
I’m sorry to hear that you got a ban. I know it can be hard to find eligible items in some places. Unfortunately this one did not work out. Street Art / Graffiti is a subject we have discussed before on the forum. For something like Street Art to be eligible it must be sanctioned by the land owner (and not be Single Family Private Residential Property).

But when i live there is plenty of pokestop that are grafiti and when i have to place hashtag litery theres a option of grafiti. If a grafiti isn’t a pokestop 90 porcent of the pokestop of my region are invalid. If they are other thing my also and i use the wrong word
Unfortunately, plenty of graffiti got through the system when they should not have. Niantic have been seen to be removing them whether this is that they are searching for such wayspots or someone reports them.
Whatever the situation is with possible locations in your area they should still meet criteria, “there is nothing else” is not an argument.
Many times people have said this members have scoured google maps and found numerous possible nominations that would be better then the graffiti with less chance that you will wake up one day and the majority of waypoints have disappeared.
If i can talk with the oner i alredy did, and the part that you listen “and not be Single Family Private Residential Property” not have logic, is in on a road and not inside a house, and ispecificaly where the art are in is a wall of a car station of a biulding condominium that is in the limit of the road. If had be complete i guarantee that went be legible with no exitation.
If look the criteria i litery can argunmentate all of the restrictions:
Art Works of art are generally eligible so long as they are unique, distinct, and permanent
The inclompete form plus the part that isn’t coincided to be in the art makes unique and distinct, and if not i litery was present when was maken and the guys tell me that they make with a significance intuite to criticize the country people and government.
And the permanent part i alredy talk in the contextation text, if isn’t mutch probrably was make in 2018 or 2022 because was maked in a word cup year and i think that is 2018 because i remember see that art for more time that 3 years. No one never erase the art and the acts that i considerate vandalism( the black in below part ) only makes the art more unique/ valid.

I’m not even i know why i’m yet discuting the validation of one pokestop that is alredy negated. If you can be over the discution and go back to the initial post i yet thinking that the motive of bad word utilisation isn’t valid you not have to legitimise the pokestop or remove the negation, yet i don’t think the others motive are one hundred corect they’re discutible. I only think that in the minimun, change the motive listated and remove or change the motive of the ban, but if my arguments over change the opnium can do the other things.
It seems 1st strike from abuse ladder system. You can still access pogo and wayfarer but warning popout everytime you login. Next step from abuse ladder system will be 30days suspension. Although depending on severity, wayfarer might skip it and go for higher punishment(90days/10years)
You will be able to see which nomination trigger the warning in the warning email. Moving forward you have 2 options :
Accept warning and move on. After tomorrow no warning will pop out. You can carry on as usual. Just note that next strike will be suspension. After 1 year the strike will be gone.
Appeal the warning. The email will have link for you to appeal. There will be email explaining which nomination cause warning. If you are confortable with sharing full detail of your nomination that cause this warning, we might be able to point out if the warning is too harsh. Staff here also might read if you have extra evidence on your appeal.
All replies you have received are trying to advise and help. We are unable to make you accept the advise but we can clearly state that the “art” you nominated is Graffiti and for the want of a better word “Vandalism” in itself.
The likelihood of you getting this accepted is minute and if it was accepted the chance of it then being removed is great.
You are better off using your energy trying to improve the map with waypoints that meet current criteria and forget about this one that is only going to upset and annoy you when it is Rejected again.
If there’s another email please tell me, and if i misplaced the pokestop there’s a possibility to do a correction. Also, if a pokestop was maked negated acidentally be the user teling a misspronunced word is possible tro try again with a correction making another( after the negation there’s no option of editing )
Have you ever thought about the feelings of the residents of the house where this graffiti was painted? They are just giving up because it will cost a lot of money to repair it. Just looking at it makes me very uncomfortable. This kind of thing does not meet Wayfarer’s eligibility criteria.
And Regarding the issue of single-family homes, Wayspot has many possible uses, not only now, but also in the future. The rules are the minimum necessary for this purpose and must be followed. Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries.
The grafiti was make in any house, is in the road. I probably the location misplaced inside a proximity house if is that, but if is the house that i thinking is capable of anyone lives there. I’m sory to conflict with that house and in the game when i placed was showed of the house or in the literaly limited. If this was what cause all of that please considerate that isn’t in the house but in the front right of that
There is no way around it because Niantic clearly states that single-family homes, including exterior walls and perimeter fences, are not the location to place Wayspot. As others have stated, you must act as indicated in the criteria and not refer to Wayspots that already exist.
Ok based on the email , it actually have reason, its just different reason from mine. Anyway the option is still the same. You can appeal and try explaining but honestly it looks like grafitti. So i wont expect much
