Piscina comunitaria rechazada

La piscina que se ve en la imagen fue rechazada en dos ocasiones, cuatro si incluimos las apelaciones y el problema que nos surge es que tal como se ve y como se hacen las fotos, efectivamente puede parecer privada, aunque tengo entendido que hay nuevos criterios las comunitarias (comunidad de propietarios) se pueden pedir, el problema surge porque no hay por desgracia ningún cartel que indique la piscina, aunque tal como se puede apreciar hay un pequeño edificio que alberga tanto los vestuarios/duchas y un pequeño bar

esta es en fotografía, como se puede apreciar da a entender que es privada y no es así.

Are you willing to share the submissions that have been rejected, including title/description/supporting info and photo? It could be that some improvements are needed there, as yes, pools that are not on private residential property are eligible.

I’m thinking this is the Piscina Municipal de Rios, which is listed as a public swimming pool on Google Maps, with the pool being near 41.975940544105086, -7.286406883424991.

At this point, being it was originally submitted 3 years ago, and the criteria on swimming pools, such as this 1, was just updated in May of this year, you may just have to resubmit it. The criteria wasn’t the clearest until May, so many reviewers, as well as the appeals team, would reject them.
