Estos fueron los textos y fotos que puse para realizar la propuesta, de acuerdo a la razón de su rechazo fue que “el texto o la foto se burla, ridiculoza o acosa a una persona o grupo específico” y “La propuesta contiene contenido abusivo” lo cual no encuentro algo lo cual pueda ofender o afectar la susceptibilidad de alguna persona

Hola, realmente no sé por qué los valoradores consideraron ofensiva tu propuesta. A lo que le daría más importancia es a la nota de Niantic, donde te indican que el pin no está en la ubicación correcta. Disculpa, me tomé el tiempo de buscarla en Google Maps y veo que tu pin debería estar entre la 75 y la 76. Si decides proponerla de nuevo, te sugiero que coloques la ubicación real para que puedas apelar; de lo contrario, podrían sancionarte.

Niantic Note: Thanks for the request, Explorer! The Wayspot in question does not exist in the proposed location and was submitted in the wrong location.
It appears that reviewers may have marked this for inaccurate location and may have also chosen other abuse/fake nomination, as they may not have been able to properly place it. Looking at where this was pinned, I’m not seeing how I could place it in the area on Street View. This doesn’t appear to be the same area that you have pictured in the supporting photo.
After further looking around the area, this was misplaced, as it should be around 3.388428591854623, -76.55382321723074 to the south, not 3.389277464843254, -76.55372531660217 to the north. I can certainly see how reviewers thought this was inaccurately located or possibly a fake nomination, as the correct location is about 95m away, and the pin can’t be moved that far in review.
Being this was misplaced to begin with, you’ll have to go back to the area and resubmit at the correct location. Make sure to check after uploading that the location is correct, and if it isn’t, you can withdraw the nomination.

You do have to submit again. Once a nomination has been submitted, the location cannot be changed, expect in review. However, there is a limit of about 20m for location moves during review, and this is over that distance.
