Please accept my appeal

Art that is on shutter doors can still be considered vandalism, and it doesn’t seem that you have proven that it’s not vandalism. One of the best ways to prove this would be to make note of the artist in the title or description, and, if possible, provide a link that proves it’s an actual piece of art and not vandalism. None of this seems to have been provided in your nomination, as well as your appeal, although you haven’t provided your supporting info.

More info on vandalism can be found below:

The original rejection reason is due to reviewers downvoting on Permanent and Distinct. This should be looked at permanent and/or distinct, as that it has to meet both of these. A trash can at a park can be permanent, but it’s indistinct as most parks have them as a part of the infrastructure. A custom banner for a farmer’s market can be distinct, but it may not be permanent if it’s removed after every market day, just to give a couple examples.

Not being culturally/historically relevant is usually tied to those voting down on Appropriate and choosing Generic business, which this is not. We haven’t been given a clear answer as to how to reject something that we deem to be ineligible, but have been told there is work being done to rectify this issue.
