Please make a change that when a pokestop submission is denied, the specific reason for denial is provided. This will give trainers the opportunity to have a successful submission. I have submitted around six different locations, each one different from the other, yet all of them have been denied. I have read the details and it is not clear why they are being denied.
Is it possible to share complete nomination (photo, surrounding, loc, supporting information)? People here might be able to give suggestion to improve your nomination.

Since the end of March, there have been new rejection reasons that appear to be more clear, but there are also some that we’re still unsure of. You can view these reasons and what they may mean at the following thread:
If you still have questions, do feel free to post screenshots of your nomination that was rejected, and we’ll be glad to take a look at it to see if we can figure out why it was rejected.
