What rejection reason are you getting on your contributions page?

At first glance, it doesn’t really look like a bench to me.

And even if it is, you would have to prove it meets criteria:

Memorial benches can only be eligible under the criteria for exploration if they are dedicated to a notable figure and that notability is described in the nomination. Mass produced memorial benches dedicated to friends and family are not eligible unless the nominator provides evidence of the individual’s importance to the community.
