I recently received a suspension in Wayfarer, and I’m honestly confused about how it happened. As a player coming from a village with almost no PokéStops or Gyms, I’ve always tried to contribute positively to the community by submitting and reviewing locations carefully. Over time, I’ve helped add 50+ PokéStops and 8+ Gyms, all with the intention of improving the gameplay experience for players in underrepresented areas like mine. This suspension feels discouraging, especially since I’ve always aimed to follow the guidelines. I would really appreciate a review of my case and some clarity on what might have gone wrong, so I can correct any mistakes and continue contributing in the right way. I kindly request you to look into my account and consider lifting the suspension if possible, as I am fully willing to follow all guidelines more carefully moving forward.

If your suspension was issued from the Wayfarer team, you would have had additional emails explaining the issue. One would have had an example and explained the offense. If you share that email, we may be able to help advise why this happened.
One of those emails will have a link to appeal if you don’t feel this was correct, or want to explain.
Often staff will start a DM when they see a forum post like this so they can discuss the matter with you privately.

I am not sure what you tried to upload. You need to wait a bit longer before you hit reply.
If you don’t have those other emails, I don’t know that there is anything for the community to discuss. Staff will have user names that begin with “Niantic…” so look for response from them.
