That wayspot is located in the courtyard of an an apartment block, so streetview cannot confirm whether it is there or not and ‘satellite’ images are ambiguous. Staff cannot take your assertion as evidence that it has been removed when there is no secondary information available.
It appears necessary for you to provide a GPS-tagged photo or video that is umabiguously of the location where the fountain was to show it is no longer there.

Is this the gym you are saying needs to be removed? The location of this is 48.234709,16.327003 on iitc.
Normally you would appeal a rejected removal appeal in Wayspot Appeals which gives you prompts for the information staff needs to consider it, started with a screenshot of the rejected removal report.
I don’t see Street View on Google Maps for either location, so the suggested geo-tagged photos would help your case. I don’t see a fountain on satellite view either place.

Have you made a normal request for removal?
The appeals section is for removals that have denied, and you attach a screen shot of that failed submission.
It will also help your case if you provide photos tgat are geotagged.

It would be better if you present more evidence. Photo and /or video will help confirm that the wayspot is gone. Without it, staff can only look into ambiguous satelite view. Extra evidence will greatly increase your chance to get this removed.
