Here are some potential POI I see from available sources:
Seems like the cross (see the shadow on satellite imagery) is ripe to make a gym near the church
The athletic field at the back of church also seems to be there, keep in mind pinning for Sports Fields . Same for the court near the city hall.
No idea if these are communal facilities but with good evidence, each separate sports facility might be acceptable
