I am expecting a removal of a wayspot today. Hopefully the sync works as intended . Will report back if the sync happened sucesfully today

Mine has been syncing daily, no issues in my area apparently. I am in east central Indiana.

Sync hasn’t happened for me since I posted that message 
Sync is global, it couldn’t have happened when you said it did, and it should have happened now since its been reporsted fixed and no issues for a few days now.

Yeah, I can confirm that a location edit that I got approved on Monday was synced correctly on Tuesday, so I’m not seeing any issues.
Maybe staff would be so kind to let us know if this has been resolved or not?
Now that you mention it I just realized I think I forgot the 48 hour delay for new entries was a thing. I had Wayspots appearing so quickly for so long there I think I got spoiled and forgot that there’s usually a delay

Yep, keep the 48 hrs in mind! It’s not always next day that any changes will be synced.

Hopping in to confirm that the sync issue has been resolved. Apologies for the sync issues earlier this month. We have increased the monitoring on the matter and can confirm no sync issues since Sept. 12th. Thank you for your continued dedication and care for Wayfarer!

Is anyone else still experiencing sync issues? I’ve noticed that photo changes do not seem to be syncing - new photos are uploaded and accepted, but if they become the most voted ones, the Wayspots image does not seem to change. This has been happening in my local area at new Wayspots too (ones that have been accepted after the Intel-PoGo split, so they cannot have any “ghost” likes).

I‘m having a similar problem with photos not updating everywhere. I believe that it is due to “ghost” likes. Left overs from before the split. I just need to send the gifts to more people. Most if not all were in the game before the split.
Can you share examples of these newer ones.

4 days after submit was approved, on the map it is, but not in the game. With cells all is correct - the cell was free. Is it issue or am I unlucky?
There appears to be an issue.
There was a report of a sync yesterday at much later than the usual time. I have seen a few reports today that the sync at the regular time appears to have been skipped again.
And there were reports of a sync at a later time than what we usually expect again last night.
There seems to have been a proper sync today at least.

I had a couple of photo edits approved last week, both approved instantly by the AI. I’ve been accessing my PoGO gifts of the two POI to check on their status, but the first still hasn’t shown up in game 6 days later, while the second did show up right away after being approved but the WaySpot photo hasn’t been updated despite the new photo being upvoted sufficiently to be the primary now. (As proved by my Contributions page.)
Do legacy gifts just not reflect the current POI info now, or were they somehow skipped in the last couple of syncs? They’re in a rather remote location, so I can’t easily go check on them in person.
