Since so many people are asking about it, I thought I would post a topic noting that sync of new Pokestops and gyms seems to have been skipped yesterday. Don’t panic if an expected game location did not show up on the game board. The next sync is due about 7-8 hours from now.

Bumping this because it appears that sync did not happen at the regular time today either - Sep 5 in my US time zone.
I can confirm that the sync was indeed skipped again. I wonder if there was reasoning behind it.
It used to happen often. We have been spoiled lately because it has been going so smoothly.

Technically we dont know if its skipped or delayed since it can happen at any moment… at what point is it considered skipped? i dk

Thanks for bringing this up! Yes, unfortunately there were some issues but have now been resolved. The next sync should take place as regularly scheduled.

So when is the delayed stops going to appear? Even the image change on a PokeStop is delayed.
They will all be added at the next sync if valid to appear in game.
I am terrible with time zones. But for me it should be around 10-11 hours from now. I am on EDT (Eastern Daylight Savings Time) in the US. I start checking for sync around 2:30-300pm here. It can be a little earlier.
For me it is between 20.00 and 20.30 maybe 20.40 sometimes (Central Time)
It is typically in a window round about 18:00 UTC
It can take awhile to go through so allow flexibility around that time.

Saturday and sunday are always break days for pokestops syncing, you’ll have to wait until monday.
