I would like to ask when is the next expected time for Wayfarer POIs for Powerspots sync will happen.
Not saying to do it now, but a guidance of when it should happen by.

I was expecting a month interval and June 4. That is now come and gone.
Again my question:
When is the next expected time for Wayfarer POIs for Powerspots sync will happen?
Can we expect in another week?
month?
months?
quarter?
years?
This reply alone will probably, no not probably, it will help answer the future posts/threads of the same question.
I wouldn’t say expecting but I was hoping. I do agree that regular Powerspot syncs would be helpful.

we need a pokemon using a crystal ball gif
Being that staff hasn’t said anything about how often Power Spots will sync, we really don’t know. Having a regular sync would be nice. Maybe they’re trying to still figure out what would be the best timeframe.
July 4 would be 2 months since last powerspots sync.

Last sync of newly added things I suppose. Removals of Power Spots sync at the usual time daily.

I had hoped the Powerspot syncs in April and May meant they were going to be a regular occurrence, but it may actually have had more to do with separating the databases for the split between NianticSpatial and Scopely. Very disappointing.

Best official Pokémon crystal ball related thing I could find was this.

I do wonder, since summer in the Northern Hemisphere has a lot of events in PoGo, if this could b why there hasn’t been a sync yet. While GO Fest has come and gone, we have the 9th anniversary event right now, there’s that Euro in-person truck tour, Ultra Unlock events, etc, still coming up through the end of August.
I also wonder that, since the sale to Scopely has been completed, if there will be less syncs for Power Spots again for awhile. Can’t say for sure, but there may be other things that need to get done before Power Spot syncing can start up again.
Really, who knows? Not us, that’s for sure!

Do events ever really stop in Pokémon GO? If we didn’t have syncs due to events, they’d never happen

This! I am much more likely to quit from overload rather than boredom.

They have been known to freeze syncs with wayfarer around the time of large events that involve removing current wayspots and adding event specific ones, so as not to risk any issues with new wayspots being added in between. ( or at least that is what appears to have been observed).
