Just curious how would you know if there are restrictions at the coordinates? And what might those be, unless you’re talking other waypoints in the same cell?

Judging by your screenshot, I would guess this one will be eligible to go live, so don’t worry. Check back on that other topic to see if sync has occured.
Staff may disclose that a property owner request was imposed if applicable. These overrule the criteria or inclusion rules, it seems.
If you would like to provide the co ordinates we can look on the data we have and show you the situation …..but there is the proviso that we can’t see anything newer than 23rd May

Meaning if someone requested its removal? Given it’s a community sign for a national park this is unlikely? I think idk lol
The big red pin represents this address, and the other dot is an existing Wayspot used as a game location (portal) in Ingress.
If this is the current situation, then your new Wayspot should be able to become a pokestop or gym. It is alone in one of the smaller (L17) cells. There is one other Wayspot in the larger (L14) cell, so either that one or your new one should become a gym.
Remember that this data has not updated since May 23, and this map only ever showed Wayspots eligible to be portals, but is the best reference we currently have.
If it’s the other pokestop is the one in the screenshot - it’s a showcase stop, so the new one should be a gym.

While true that it’s unlikely, it is a possibility. We will see once normal sync is restored.

Sync is broken at the moment so keep an eye on this topic
And once confirmed working then have a look . At a guess it won’t be fixed today as it is the weekend. Sync normally happens after 7pm in the U.K.
Seeing reports that the sync issue is fixed. do you have a new gym?
