Pokestop aceito, 1 semana que não aparece no jogo

Faz 1 semana que tive a resposta que minha solicitação foi aceita, e ainda não apareceu no jogo, gostaria de uma resposta da PRÓPRIA NIANTIC, DA PRÓPRIA NIANTIC

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. The S2 cell use has not been officially confirmed as far as I am aware, but staff has acknowledged there is an additional step after acceptance. While the outdated map doesn’t show a Wayspot in this L17 S2 cell, it was last updated on May 23rd, 2025, so another Wayspot could have been submitted and accepted after this date. I would encourage you to take a look in the area to see if there is another nearby Wayspot showing up in-game. I do see that Igreja Evangélica Cristo Vive São Lourenço da Mata is in the same L17 S2 cell, and it’s possible it may have a Wayspot.

They could have been moved during reviewing and put in the same cell. Location accuracy is important, so if one was placed outside of the cell just to get it into the game, this is considered map manipulation and abuse. Reviewers may have moved the pins for accuracy.

I highly recommend going to this area and looking at the nomination map. Most likely greja Evangélica Cristo Vive São Lourenço da Mata will be listed as the stop in this cell, while semente will be listed with an orange exclamation point. It could get used as a Power Spot in the future.

I did not reply to your original post since you said you only wanted a reply from Niantic. The pin could have been moved in voting from where you placed it, and you would not be notified. You can check where it went live in the nomination map screen, as explained here:

You can check to see points of interest that already exist by beginning a nomination while you are physically right at the location. In the “Set location” map screen, with the toggle in the bottom left corner on, you can see all the Wayspots there. Ones not used as a Pokestop/gym will show as exclamation points (!), with the statement “Wayspot used in other Niantic games” when you tap on it. (I don’t like that wording, but that is what it says.) This feature does not work remotely, and the coverage area is small, so you must physically be right where you want to check.

Essa parte da exclamação e interrogação, como assim eu consigo alterar alguma coisa ou visualizar, como assim eu tenho que está perto do local(isso não é un problema) mas como eu entro nessa guia ou página pra definir a localização etc

We are trying to help you see if the location of your Wayspot was moved from where you submitted it. If you physically go yourself to the place it should be, you can begin a nomination to make a new Pokestop to get to this map. If you have that toggle in the bottom left turned to on like this

any Wayspots that are not being used as Pokestops/gyms will look like this

You can tap on those exclamation points to see the information for the Wayspot, like this

You can find yours that has not become a Pokestop to see if it has been moved from where you submitted it. If it was moved to a position that is not the correct real life location, you can ask help chat to do a location edit for you.

Or you can just wait for staff who can access the database to tell you why it isn’t showing. I don’t believe that they will discuss cell issues, but they could tell you if the coordinates you gave are not the coordinates for the live Wayspot.
