Hi my I added 3 pokestops two weeks ago , all were accepted, and one was added withing 24 hours, the other two still haven’t came up yet , was wondering why this is ?
If you can share the location, people here will be able to look further in to it.
Whilst the in game text says you’re locating a Portal or a PokéStop you’re nominating a Wayspot which may become a PokéStop. Your acceptance email does note
Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear).

Are you new to pokestop submitions and logic behind it? As previous answer implied there is a great possibility that your accepted POI is in the same cell as an already existing pokestop or gym. In this case it is very likely that the now POI will be visible only in ingress which has just 20m limitation for setting new things into the game map.
So if you would like to have that checked… post the location of the 2 accepted POI so that experts here will check it for you to eliminate it as a cause for not poping to the map
