Although this could be mistaken for a trail marker, it is simply a set of directions to various places in the city so it is not eligible.
The title translates to Cycling Junction 99, 98, 94, and 56. It’s not a directional sign for POIs in the area, but one that is letting cyclists know which way you’ll find different cycling paths, which promotes exercise.
@r3plac3r There’s no Street View here, and being that Belguim has had issues with fake trail Wayspots in the past, you may need to provide a geotagged photo or Scaniverse splat to prove that it exists. If there is a link for these paths that have a map, that may help as well.
The title translates to junction points, but many submitters use this kind of title to have more succes on getting them accepted or simply use the wrong term. I myself live in the Netherlands I know how these submitters do their nominationd since I see them all the time, I think they are still route markers and not junction points like title suggests
