Pokestop not showing up in pokemon go

There is a pokestop that exists. My buddy can get gifts from it but it is never actually on the screen so I can not spin the pokestop nor get any field research from the pokestop.

Is this able to be fixed.

The actual location that the stop should be is this…

this shares the same S2 level17 with the memorial tree.
Is the memorial tree a pokestop/gym?
If it is then this wayspot can’t become a stop.

Yes the memorial tree is a gym.

Thanks for letting me know why the pokestop is not showing up.

Thought it was strange because it has shown up as a pokestop randomly a couple of times but only ever for just one day. Then gone again for months.

This sort of behaviour including receiving gifts has occasionally been seen in some specific instances.
But glad to hear the mystery has been solved. :sunglasses:

I am still confused here. I see you show a location edit which was accepted. A glitch that @ScrawnyMeowth1 has mentioned on WDD (Wayfarer Discussion Discord) can happen on edits involving a stop and a gym. Seeing the pokestop sometimes may be part of that issue.

Is the Wayspot for the big building or the smaller one? If it is supposed to be for the smaller one, then it looks okay. But the gps coordinates you mention seem like it should be on the larger one. If that is the case, you can use help chat at Niantic Wayfarer to request the move. They will want evidence.

I have no knowledge of where the Wayspot was originally before the location edit in your screenshot was made.

(The pink dot in that screenshot is the Nursery portal. The orange one is for the tree: Memorial Tree . I used the word “portal” because this is iitc and is showing portals with a pogo-s2 overlay to show the relevant cells.)

And to be 100% clear, ONLY request a location edit if the current pin is clearly WRONG. Location edits to try to make something appear or disappear in a specific game are considered abuse.
