I understand that a small location edit has caused the stop to disappear, I did have a look, and probably the previous location was just a bit to the south, that is now an empty cell.
I don’t think the previous location was wrong, but it does look like the new location is better, so I’’m affraid it will not reappear.
Ninantic staff may decide otherwise, but usually if the location is correct, we don’t see adjustments.
I would like to clarify that the location edit was made by accident. When I realized the mistake, the edit was already in voting, so I could not cancel or correct it.
Before the edit, the Wayspot was placed in a position that better represents the real location and it was fully functional in Pokémon GO.
The new location, even if technically acceptable, is less accurate and caused the PokéStop to disappear due to cell rules.
I would really appreciate if this case could be reviewed and considered for a correction.
Assuming that you are correct, and that the old location was more accurate, you may be able to successfully appeal. The only legit reason to move a wayspot is if the proposed location is more accurate. If you could provide evidence that the former location is more accurate (for example by using a picture with embedded GPS coordinates, or with a link to a video), staff may be able to help you.
