Hello,
I submitted two PokéStops last month.
Both were approved and are already visible on the map. Unfortunately, neither is in the game yet.
There are no existing PokéStops in the cells.
Could someone please check this and perhaps initiate the sync? (Maybe they are inactive cells?)
The coordinates are:
48.697707, 9.314021 and 48.697394, 9.314490

Both of those Wayspots are in the same level 17 S2 cell as the gym Sheep
Niantic does not acknowledge S2 cell use, but these are behaving as the community expects. I am not sure what cells you were looking at.
The stop in the bottom right corner is right on the border. Couldn’t that be adjusted? That would significantly improve the gameplay experience. The two stops would be perfect. One is an information board and the other a map. It would be a shame to lose them. 
Unfortunately, you cannot move a wayspot just to make it appear in Pokemon Go. It can be moved if it is in the incorrect location or there is a better location available, such as being on the corner of a cafe instead of the entrance.
If the Wayspot is correctly located, then trying to move it is abuse. If it is not correct and needs a real world correction, you could ask help chat to do the move, with evidence. They will not move something to put it in an empty cell to make it go live in Pokemon Go.
It can be worth understanding about S2 cells when deciding where to submit something, but only when you have a legitimate choice of locations. Please do not use the S2 cells to submit something at the wrong location just to make it appear.
The wayspot at 48.697394, 9.314490 is already slightly mislocated and should have been a few meters to the west-north-west, making it further inside this cell, so definitely cannot be moved into the neigbouring cell.

There seem to be some marked cycling routes nearby that would be eligible
Is this a kindergarten at the parish center or a public playground?
Something in the lower part of the church might e eligible, perhaps the stained glass?
This little play area
Is this part of the school?
More things at the public pool and these horse stables if they’re not a residence
Hier in der Nähe wäre noch ein Brunnen, man kann ihn nicht so gut erkennen, vielleicht ist der interessant genug
The playground in Johannes Kepler Straße is from the Catholic Kindergarten, that’s out
Ok I did assume something like that, but nothing was tagged on google maps 
It is tagged, it’s just that the other markers are layered over it and then it won’t get displayed with a simple viewover
I held down on the location and nothing came up on the little “places nearby” tab but I’m guessing that’s not the best way to do it
