My pokestop I checked its not a wayspot but if there will wbe another pokestop next to this pokestop s2 cell there will be a gym? Ty!!

It is very difficult for us to answer these questions since the maps are for Ingress, which is no longer a part of Wayfarer and are not updating. I can show you the outline of the L14 S2 cell that contains the gps coordinates you gave. You will get a gym when there are two Pokemon Go eligible accepted Wayspots in the larger L14 grid. (A wayspot has to be alone in one of the smaller L17 S2 cells shown here to be a pokestop or gym.)
The next gyms are promoted at 6 and 20 Pokemon Go eligible Wayspots. Three is the maximum number of gyms that can be created with Wayfarer in an L14. There can be more for other reasons if you ever see that.

Also, be aware that the coordinates where you submitted it may not be where it went live if reviewers moved the pin based on what it looked like to them on the map.
