Location edits are not normally handled on the forum. If you already tried to submit this through the in game location edit option and it was rejected, you can appeal the decision by finding the edit in your contributions tab on the wayfarer website and using the appeal button at the top of the contribution after you tap on it to view it. If you don’t see the appeal button, then you’ll need to wait until your appeals refresh (this takes 15 days from when you previously used each of your appeals).
Alternatively, if you go to the help page on the wayfarer website, you can find an orange speech bubble in the corner of the page. You can submit a support ticket for this location edit using that chat. You can also provide additional evidence that it is a valid edit.
The current location is accurate and your suggestion is no better. Neither of these coordinates is anywhere near a street curb.
The current location is in an occupied cell and you want to move it to an unoccupied cell, not to improve the location but to make it appear as a pokestop in Pokemon Go. Although this makes sense as a player, it is not something you should be attempting in Wayfarer as this can be considered abuse. Wayfarer is game-agnostic.
I do not recommend using help chat to request this move, but to accept it will not be moved.
