En effet, le fait que je précise certain points sont surtout pour passer le tri automatique de l’ia. Parcequ’il arrive tout de même souvent qu’elle refuse des choses éligible et inversement. Le fait de préciser quelques points de pourquoi cette chose est intéressante, ce qui s’y passe au quotidien en tant que passant, s’il est permanent ou pas en fonction du temps qu’il est la, etc, sont des choses que l’on sait en tant que citoyen à côté de la chose qu’on propose en tant que POI. Une fresque ou une statue ne passe pas toujours, car certains penses qu’il ne sont pas pertinent ou permanent, mais en donnant un contexte, alors les gens peuvent quand même voir la chose soi un autre angle.
Il y a donc tout de même un minimum d’utilité que je vois dans le processus, mais je ne sais pas vraiment s’il aide à dire à l’IA que le point peut être intéressant et non le refuser automatiquement.

It appears to be based on everything a reviewer would use, so not just the photo, but also the text, title, location, supporting photo.
Since telling a lot of reviewers “this is interesting” is a waste of space (use that space to prove it not just state it), it’s likely to be wasted on the ML system as well.
The ML system does a very good job of filtering out the absolute garbage submissions that would otherwise block up the system and make it unpleasant for reviewers to have to wade through. This was noticed a few weeks ago when the ML system was offline and ~90% of reviews were immediate rejections.
This is not always the case. I am not a prolific nominator but looking back on approx 30 nominations I seem to have only a couple that was Rejected by AI.
In the UK we sort of have a loophole with postboxes (mailbox) where any pre Queen Elizabeth II ones can be accepted.
1st Attempt: No mention of Criteria and Rejected by Reviewers.
2nd Attempt: Mentioned Criteria and it was AI Rejected.
Left for 6 months, tried again and it got Accepted
With the posts I see here it seems that the AI rejections tend to be either the grey areas such as UK Postboxes or where it is unable to detect the subject such as where the image shows the full building for a POI of a small art piece. AI believes you are nominating the nondescript building and not recognise the art.
IMO: 90% of AI rejections that should have gone through can be “fixed” with new images.
Et bien je suis plus ou moins d’accord, le problème est le “manque” de possibilité de propositions (on en récupère une par jour, donc au fur et à mesure des erreurs ça fait mal ).
Par exemple en ce moment j’essaye de faire passer un POI que j’appelle “L’arbre ’ O ’ Créatures” c’est concrètement un arbuste avec plusieurs hôtels à insectes attachés et une cabane a oiseaux, le tout fait de manière communautaire. Cependant sur 3 ou 4 demandes il ne veux pas passer, j’ai essayer de changer le nom en précisant que c’est un hôtel à insectes, l’angle de la photo principal et de la secondaire ainsi qu’essayer d’améliorer les descriptions mais rien y fait, pourtant les hôtels à insectes peuvent passes comme “réserve naturelle” ou “mobilier urbain”
C’est un exemple parmis d’autres mais quelques fois l’IA peut poser des problemes (j’ai cet exemple pour une statue, un panneau d’hommage et autres) peut être que je manque de chance ou j’applique une mauvaise methode mais des fois ça m’exaspère un petit peu X)

Can you share screenshots of your latest nomination for that so that we can see and advise you better - the way you described it earlier suggests it’s private, but you say it isn’t so maybe we can help suggest a way to improve the nomination? Voila l’hôtel, il y a plusieurs choses sur l’arbre, c’est un coin où il y a un minimum de passage etc. Je pense que c’est l’arrière de la photo qui gêne, mais la photo est bel et bien sûr un lieu public, et histoire d’avoir quelque chose de bonne qualité je ne voulais pas prendre quelque chose de plus loin
Je me dit que le fait qu’il soit vide au moment de la photo ne joue pas grand chose car j’ai vu beaucoup de panneau vide passer mais j’ai une certaine incertitude

On m’a déjà dit qu’un exemple passe ne jouais pas pour tout mais j’ai déjà vu passer des arrêts de bus et abris bus, et comme ici c’est un arrêt de bus (donc on peut y rencontrer des gens et y faire du sport car on y viens a pied ?) et aussi un affiche de la ville (donc encore une fois lorsqu’il y a des affiches on peut y croiser du monde

Bus Stops are typically not eligible. “Exercise” and “Social” are seen as a by-product as it’s main purpose is to catch a bus. Wayfarer allows the Major Terminals (Bus Station) but allowing Bus Stops would flood the map.
Calling it a “Bulletin Board” without mentioning the bus stop does hint that you was trying to hide the facts, sorry if that isn’t the case.
There is currently a trial where waypoints have been created in low density locations by the company which include bus stops but these do not have to meet criteria.
As stated above, always use the 2nd image to show the POI and it’s surrounding area to confirm that it is what you state and not in an ineligible location.
Correct, never use what you see already accepted as proof that it meets criteria. Criteria has changed, it may have other factors (maybe it has been designed in a “arty” fashion that is not usual) or it was accepted in error.
