On July 16th I proposed a wayspot and gave it an upgrade. Today, July 31st, it is still up for voting. I think there is an error and it is stuck. Other players who vote have not been able to vote.
What could have happened?
The normal thing with upgrade votes is that they are accepted or rejected within 48 hours.
