It just means that your nomination is being voted on by Niantic staff instead of by other players. Niantic review a percentage of all submitted nominations, as well as all appeals.

j’ai une autre question : pourquoi 98% de mes propositions finissent sous ce statut et sont donc validées ou non par l’équipe plutot que par la communauté ?
ai je un traitement special ? manque t il d’evaluateur dans la communauté ?

We do not know why some nominations are reviewed by the Wayfarer Team.
We believe some reviewed as some sort of check of what is being submitted, and it moves to that status soon after nomination.
As a measure we think to not let the time to resolution too long, it’s been observed that the team review older ones to enable an outcome. So if you live somewhere with few reviewers that might be the case.
But exactly why it would happen in your case is just guessing
