Okay bro let me explain exactly why it’s become an issue it’s because the area that gym has come up is also in a gated community where only people who own a property in that area are allowed in and the community players are chased away by the guards we were facing this issue for the gym named saifee Masjid at first and that gym is adeqd gym for us only used by probably cheater who use alternative apps to mock location because no one from our community is able to access that gym at all also multiple people from our community have tri d to report the older gym but we always get an email stating that we need to own that property to have a request put in for any kind of removal so we gave up on trying to report that gym now to add salt to our wounds this new gym has popped a just a few meters into that same community which makes it hard for us to access those 2 gym only apart from that there is no issue what so ever with any gyms in our area our community enjoys playing in our area as they do not have to travel miles away to locations to access events

You said something about a duplicate……was this one of the gyms? If so exactly what is it called and what is the duplicate called.
Unless the gyms don’t exist since you have 3 in that level 14 cell that cell is now full and there is nothing you can do.
It is hard to take in and very disappointing but those are the selection rules Pokemon Go use.
If your playing group lives at the top of that level 14 cell you could try in the adjacent cell to submit more and hope for a gym that is close by.
I have no idea if that is helpful or if it’s not a practical solution.

The duplicate that I am talking about is that the waystop and new gym called ma durga temple is a duplicate of the waystop right beside it the wayfarer who made that spot manipulated the system and added the same temple as a waystop just with a different name
