No, the best thing about looking at India on the Wayfarer App is how it grinds to a halt if you zoom in on area.

Niantic wanted more Pokestops in India so they dumped a load of ineligible and duplicate Wayspots with no images or descriptions to the database.
The image with the S2 cell grid displayed are how something looks in Ingress. The Ingress team possibly chose not to show the India dumped Wayspots in their game.
This is how the same area is actually populated
The WF app grinds to a halt when there are too many Wayspots on screen.
Zooming out on an area a bit gives a better idea of how much was added. The surrounding area looks the same the app can’t render it when zoomed out though.
For reference that area with the Wayspots is around 1km x 0.7km
