Question about suspension

Hey i have a question for you since i have recently tried too appeal my suspension on my account and recieved pretty much zero information on what it was that i did to recieve a 30 day suspension. Now i figure this was strike 2 because 8 years ago i had recieved a shadow ban and warning for having a 3rd party iv checker, had i known it was an issue i would of never installed it. That going forward i have my main phone s25 ultra (just recently set up with a smart watch) i have pokemon go downloaded from the samsung galaxy store which is still behind on stuff like not having the campfire icon on screen, although it offers coupons every now and then for purchases. The other thing is i have a nephew who is too young for having a phone but likes pokemon so i let them use there account (email i created) for them on my spare phone. Now this account on occasions has been used on my s25 ultra. Never had an issue. Then randomly i recieved said 30 day ban due to breaking the terms. My nephews account is completly fine. So my only thoughts are possibly a pokestop i created back in february or something to do with the galaxy store purchase with discount. Can i get some answers about this?

Thank you for the reply. I have tried to reach out and appeal my 30 day ban but i was giving no help or information. The only two things i could think of was a pokestop nomination i had made or buying the go fest pass on my account from the samsung galaxy store and it gave me a 7$ discount coupon. I say that because the very next day i was hit with a 30 day ban.

Is there somewhere that you can link me too that i could get a verification that isn’t the niantic support side?

PS: In my 8 different messages they had something in the bottom about child sexual abuse… I have no idea wtf that would be about but i guess there would be a third option if some people decided to report me on something as wildly inaccurate as that would they suspended me without proof? Again. Literally zero idea to what caused my strike and sadly i do have toxic people in my community that have been harassing me for years

There is a chat bubble at the bottom. I understand that your attempts to appeal your ban have led nowhere, but I am wondering if you have tried to start a chat there?

I don’t use X anymore, but in the past I have found the Niantic Support Twitter folks to be very responsive and helpful if you want to try asking for a direct message there. I have only asked about game issues, not bans though.

I hope you can get some answers.

When i inquire about the suspension all i get back from them is automated responses for the first 3 messages, saying if you see etc etc then you are in terms of violation of the TOA followed by if you dont see this message try these steps. Then it goes onto saying modified or other unapproved gaming methods. Then when i ask what did i use and i explain in full detail about the samsung store not having the most recent stuff (like campfire) or the coupons etc etc they say please refer to our prior message again saying nothing but terms and conditions and TOA. Then i again in full detail explain everything i have and they reply back with your appeal has been closed any further inquiries will be ignored.

So I basically get ignored. I have no idea what i did wrong and now i dont know what will happen when i get my account back after the suspension. Will i have it for days… weeks… months before it gets banned permanently. Ive spent 9 years on this game you’d think id get a response to what i did to break the rules but no

I understand the frustration.
However @NianticAaron has stated it did not come out of a wayfarer issue.
So helpful though wayfarer staff are this is not their area of responsibility. So there is nothing further that people here can help you with.
I hope you can get somewhere in your attempts to contact the Pokémon Go team.

If you are on X (formerly known as Twitter), you can contact the Pokemon Go / Niantic Support account on there to raise the issue there?

Since i dont have experience with whats happening to you and you provide only limited information. I can only suggest u try this
