When do I get response on my nomination? And can I see my nominations anywhere?

You can find anything you’ve submitted through Pokémon go here (the tab in the hamburger menu is called contributions):
If you’re an ingress agent, do note that wayfarer and ingress are no longer connected, and you need to wait for Niantic Spatial to bring the Recon website online.

You can log into the website and your nomination should be in the contributions section
There is no set time for it to resolve it is very dependent on local circumstances around the number of reviewers.

But I have nominated 2 pokestops and got no update
Are they showing in Contributions? It will state that they are “In Queue”, “In Voting” etc.
When did you nominate?
You should have received an email shortly after nomination.
Confirmation emails are sent to the email connected to the login provider you used while submitting the contribution in question.
