Rejected appeal: Intermarché EXPRESS Thiais wrong location

I submitted a location change for a supermarket dynamax spot in my city located at the wrong place, my appeal was rejected likely because google map also pinned it at the wrong place (i reported a change on google maps that google accepted, but the retification update on map likely happened after appeal rejection).

    Here you can see in the rejected contribution screenshot that the google marker for the supermarket is now really located at my suggestion location

So if you could review this trouble, especially since i got a warning violation for this appeal when i sent the required explanation proving my modification was legit (checking streetview instead the marker at the time the marker was not updated)

This is not what it shows at this coordinate.

Incorrect again. This is not the correct location.

However, I see that you had reached out to help chat with the correct location before this appeal was decided.

Considering all this, I’m ruling out any malicious intent and revoking the warning on your account.

@Thor94 It looks as though you got the coordinates mixed up (swapped) when you posted in this thread, showing what was at the two locations.

thks, yep i mixed up, with a rejection mail received after chat, i thought the chat rejected my correction and look to contribution to learn more, seeing only the previous attempt done on pogo (didn’t know the 10meters limit) with two markers, one on the wrong location and one on the correct one, i mixed the marker and thougth the green was the spot and the orange my suggestion, so i did an appeal.
it would be good if chat answer also got a visible notification in the main pages (showcase, etc) or appear by defaut (at least if there is an unread answer), because the chatbox in the bottom corner doesn’t appear until you checked the help page at least once during your session
