Wayspots actually are not allowed on single family private residential property, or PRP for short. We do have clarification for this as well:
Ineligible location, place, or object
- Location is a private residential property (even if historical), farmland, a K12 and under school (preschool, primary/elementary, secondary/high school), child care/daycare center, rehabilitation center, safety shelter
If this house is still privately owned, like the other house mentioned, it cannot be a Wayspot. If the Carpenter House is also privately owned, a removal request should be made to remove the Wayspot for being on private property.
