Rejected Wayspot Removal Appeal

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Wayspot Title: Colonne Nicotera

  • Location (lat/lon): (41.9169092, 12.4675998)

  • City: Rome

  • Country: Italy

  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):

  • Additional Information (if any): this nomination is the window of a private residential property, which is also located in an unsafe area in the middle of the street. There’s also signs in front of the garage signaling for no obstructions allowed. All visible from google maps, does not adhere to wayfarer criteria.

Can you provide evidence that this is single-family private residential property or that it is usafe? It isn’t immediately obvious from streetview images.

The signs in front of the garage don’t prevent pedestrian access, as the obstructions refer to vehicles . The latest streetview images have a pedestrian walking directly infront of the garages!

Well this is a private residential property, it’s visible on google maps that it’s not a museum or anything related to the public, I’m not sure how else to provide that. The garage doors are for the private residential property residents to park their car in. I have a few different photos I took when I was there a few days ago when I made the report. Hope this helps. Please inform me on what more information you would need so I can provide it when I pass by in front there again.

It is also visible on google maps, for further evidence, that there’s a black colored interphone with only one family name on it. Let me know what else is needed

Thanks for the appeal @OrestGump , we have retired the Wayspot in question. You should see these changes reflected soon.
