Hello. Is there any way to see why exactly your wayspot was rejected so I can improve on my future nominations?
Your contributions page should list community given decisions or state if it was rejected by the “automated system.” It’s also where you can submit appeals.
You’re always welcome to share examples of rejections if they are still confusing to get community support.

try logging out and back in and see if the reasons show up then. and refreshing your browser.

hmm… we don’t know exactly what the machine learning model looks at, but i would suspect it couldn’t tell that this was a play house. can you go back and get a main photo that shows more of the house from a bit further back to make clear it is a play structure? sometimes a camera setting will let you appear further back that you actually are.
you can appeal automated process rejections. we get 2 appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again, so i usually try a new submission before i appeal. i have no idea how they would rule on a play area in a medical setting, but this does appear like an eligible point of interest to me.
