I can’t get the help chat bubble to appear at all and don’t want to post publicly because the user is submitting multiple abusive and completely ineligible nominations, likely because you let some trash stay in the database and they take that as licence to submit known ineligible nominations on PRP and K-12 school grounds 
I also had reported widespread abuse with unsafe rubbish noms many months ago through help chat and haven’t any update or removals, despite confirmation on the forum that an investigation was ongoing as the problem was extensive 
Can somebody please DM me for the new report appeal and to follow up on the previous ones?

It’s similar to help chat, but you can give a lot more info, IMO. It’s also anonymous, like help chat. Keep in mind that it may take a few hours for a ticket number to be emaled back to you, but you will receive one.
