Welcome to the Forums.
In one of those markers it does look suspiciously photoshopped. They seemed to have stolen the marker from a valid point and put it at the fake location…
Have you reported the waypoint as fake from in game? OR via the Help Chat Bot? Ive had several fake reports come back as confirmed and the waypoint removed.
Keep on persisting.
I have only reported it in game previously. I have reported it about 5 times over the last few years. Every time it comes back rejected. That is why I thought I would try a different approach. I have submitted all the information I have on the link that was kindly posted. Let’s see what happens now.

I used the form (that was linked above) to report this fake portal after gathering all the relevant information that was asked for) and I have not had any reply from anyone! I also tried reporting it in the app (again) and got another rejection today. I guess I will have to give up. I really don’t see the point in having a system that allows people to report fake or missing portals if these reports are just repeatedly ignored, despite the fact that I have gone out of my way to demonstrate the case.
Did you get the automated reply that they had received the report?
I have been getting quick action on my form reports, including same day in many cases.
I did get an initial automated reply but nothing since.
I have just used the “abuse” link to report the fake POI instead, as I think that perhaps that was the correct “Form” to use. I am now not sure what form I used previously but it came with instructions like this :
*Wayspot Title:
- Location (lat/lon):
- City:
- Country:
- Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
- Additional Information (if any)
I have included all this in the “Abuse” form. Perhaps this approach will get a response.
Incidentally, I also realised that the latest rejection is for the other Fake BPW (BPW The Dell, not BWP Knowle Crescent) that is close by (It’s the one that actually had a physical BPW waypoint marker installed on it as opposed to a photoshopped version (this is clearly a very portable/flexible version of the Brenda Parker Way, as it moves around the village.
The BPW Dell fake POI is actually a valid location as a Hampshire County Council Waypoint Marker, just not a genuine BPW location. I will have to approach this one separately.
