Report rejected for a toy slide

Thanks for the appeal, Explorer. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.

I have a question about this. I know the criteria for nomination and removal are separate, and there are only a few reasons to report an invalid Wayspot. What is the reason you chose to report this invalid Wayspot? Possession is nine-tenths of the law. In my experience, even if an existing Wayspot is of low quality, it is still hard to get it removed by reporting it as permanently removed. Does low quality become one of the considerations for Niantic to remove an obsolete Wayspot? Also, if there are many different kinds of play equipment around a park, can they be reported as duplicates?

For this one I would have reported this as abuse, using the abuse form.

It really depends on the situation though. Things similar to this may be on Single Family Private Residential Property so I would select Private property.
