Request for Location Adjustment or Removal of an Approved Wayspot

Hello,
I would like to ask for help regarding an approved Wayspot that is currently not appearing in-game due to its location.
As a result of this situation, a perfectly valid Wayspot is unable to appear and be enjoyed in the game, which is why I am hoping for a flexible solution.
Here is the background:
I submitted a café as a Wayspot, and it was approved through the appeal process.
My original intention was to nominate the café itself as a PokéStop, using the café’s official name and description.
I submitted a photo of the café entrance because it is visually distinctive and represents the café well.
After review, the Wayspot was placed at a nearby location related to the passage leading to the café, rather than directly on the café building.
While this location is not incorrect in real-world terms, it currently falls within a cell that already contains another Wayspot, which prevents it from appearing in Pokémon GO (and other games).
Because the Wayspot already exists in the Wayfarer system, submitting the café again would likely be treated as a duplicate, leaving this approved and valid Wayspot effectively unusable.
With that in mind, I would kindly ask if one of the following options could be considered:
Adjust the Wayspot location to the actual café building, which was my original intention and accurately represents the real-world point of interest; or
If a location adjustment is not possible, remove the existing Wayspot, so that I may submit the café again with clearer photos and a more precise location.
I understand that location interpretation can sometimes be subjective, and I truly appreciate the effort reviewers and staff put into maintaining quality. I would be very grateful if this case could be handled with some flexibility, so that this approved Wayspot can finally appear and serve its purpose in the game.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

I get very confused trying to follow your photos (my issue, not yours) but if a Wayspot is not correctly located in the real world, you can ask Help Chat to move it. When you go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help a chat box will pop up and a bot will ask for information. You can request the location edit even if it is not >10m. You can give evidence.

They will only do location edits for real world reasons, not for game manipulation. So only use this option if this is an actual correction, and do not mention making it appear in game. That is not a valid reason for them to move a Wayspot.

To clarify the locations on the map, I have marked them as follows:
Red: The location I originally intended and submitted for the café
Blue: The overall area shown in the submitted photo
White: The location that was finalized after review( I have already submitted two location adjustment requests, and the location has been changed twice as a result.)

It turns out that there is a cell boundary between the two points I marked, which caused this unexpected issue.

Hello,

Just looking on the new map I do not see your waypoint, when was it accepted?

In regards to the cafe, the recommendation is to place the pin “natural point of discovery”. IMO with the signs the “alley” is a “natural point of discovery” and it is unlikely that staff would move it.

You should not place the pin in the middle of the building, remember that the criteria is that you should be able to stand at the pin and if 20 turn up for a Raid the cafe owner is not going to be pleased

It’s definitely on the map

In my opinion it would make sense for the pin to be moved to the actual entrance of the cafe and not remain on the outer gate, so you can try with help chat. However, they might reject the request since they might see the outer gate as the official entrance

My bad, I had “Not in game” hidden :man_facepalming:

On 2nd look I do agree but the problem is with the built up nature confirming the exact location and not a “for game reasons”.

The other problem is staff’s "It’s at “A” correct location…

I would take a geotagged image of the actual entrance and try I guess
