This was accepted and appeared in game in mid-October. A couple of weeks ago it disappeared from game and seems to have been removed. Attached a recent geotagged photo showing it still physically exists at this location.

We’re constantly making improvements to Pokémon GO and occasionally, you may notice changes to the PokéStops or Gyms in your community. While we are not able to fulfill your request to add back these locations at this time, we recognize the disappointment this may have caused and hope you continue to seek out adventures at other PokéStops and Gyms in your surrounding communities.

Oh, if there have been no changes made to this Wayspot, has a sponsored location been added? I have seen reports that those can suppress other Wayspots from showing in game.

@cyndiepooh there is a preexisting sponsored Starbucks close by. There is also a community ambassador stop about 90 meters away from this. The Starbucks has been there forever and the CA stop has been there since June 2024.
It’s odd, despite the pokestop not being on the map anymore my buddy just pulled a gift from it.
