I found it at 49.325096, 8.541423, which is closer to what you have now put

This is what that area and its surroundings have in Ingress. This is will be what was in Pokemon Go (more or less, allowing for cell boundaries).

I tried to use Google Maps for coords , might Not be the best :face_with_peeking_eye::rofl:

You see why I am here, but glad you we’re able to find the perfect map to show my Problem :person_bowing:

If you have google maps open in a desktop browser and single-left-click on a point on the map, a little pin pops up with the latitude and longitude. It’s harder on the mobile app.

I tried through my Google Maps App on Android, might be the Main Problem :smiling_face_with_tear:

I am struggling to match the Pokemon Go photos to the map, but hopefully someone else will be better at the visual match.

What might help is being physically there, at a point that has a good number of pokestops/gyms nearby, then go into the Portal Nomination screen, look at the map that is shown, make sure the toggle is on to show existing POI & powerstops, and take screenshots of these maps.

This will show what it is Pokemon Go. It will also confirm to you that the POI have been completely removed (or that they still exist but are removed from Pokemon Go).

I just tried it in the app. The app is being too clever. If you long-press, the pin shows a latitude & longitude for about half a second, until the app finds the nearest location and relabels the pin to match. I can’t find a way to keep the latitude & longitude visible or to get them back once they disappear.

I have successfully matched the Ingress map to the last Pokemon Go image, which is the one facing North with a powerstop at the very bottom. This is what is there in Ingress, of which only one (middle right) is remaining in Pokemon Go.

I thought my Pictures we’re easy to use, but seems like they are not🫣 but glad i have a Specialist Here. It literally the Same for all of the Park AS you found Out in that one picture

Nah, just my brain can’t cope, at the moment, with the images facing not-north

Hopefully that one match is sufficient to demonstrate the issue (although Scopefly staff wouldn’t need that). You now need to wait for a response from staff.

There is a known issue regarding removals, and this could be part of it:

That still needs a removal request to have been made, which i think the op is struggling with given the nature of the area (large public park).
