Additional Information (if any): This wayspot (gym) was recently removed by someone from Pokemon GO, but it’s still a viable wayspot, it’s still there (your can check on Google maps), so it should not have been removed. Please reconsider its removal and bring it back to the game the way it was before.
Whilst I can’t comment on whether Niantic will restore this or not, as they’ve been taking down a lot of graffiti based wayspots lately for not meeting criteria, I will say that if it does get restored, it may not reappear as a Gym. If another Gym appeared when this one was removed, then this would only be able to come back as a Pokéstop if it was to be restored.
For reference you can find recent clarification from Niantic on the topic:
You may want to clarify if this isn’t on the wall of a Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP). Also including an artists name can help as they review this for something being sanctioned vs done without permission.
Hi, just a quick note that Google Street View is very unlikely to be accepted as evidence as it could be many years old (no, the copyright year does not correspond to the year the image was taken). Staff will likely request a recent geotagged photo of the object in order to evaluate your restoration request.
