The forums are global, so i don’t now how many users from your area will see this. I myself am in the US, and do not have either of my locations set to Qatar, so I will never be able to vote on these.
With that said, there’s no set timeframe for resolution, and this is stated in the Wayfarer FAQ:
How many reviews does it take to make a final decision on a Wayspot’s eligibility?
This exact number cannot be disclosed at this time, however, we can say that this depends on the performance of each individual Wayfinder.
Do keep in mind that some of your nominations are generic businesses, such as the bank and grocery store, so those most likely will be rejected. It’s possible that they could be rejected by ML, the AI system, within 24 hours after submitting, and you’ll received an email stating “our team” rejected if this happens.
You may want to take your time to review the Wayspot Criteria, to know what may or may not be eligible. You may also want to check out the Criteria Clarification Collection for some of the most common POIs that people have questions about.

Depending on your location and how many reviewer, in my experience, its normal for nomination to take 1-3 months before its accepted/rejected. If you want faster review , you can upgrade your nomination to bring your review into wider pool (this doesnt guarantee acceptance , in fact some nomination have better acceptance in local reviewer)

There are various stages to the review process
There is a computer review of your submission which attempts to assess the likelihood that it is a valid submission.
If it is assessed at that point as liklely to not be valid it is rejected with the email referring to “our team” within 24 hours of being created.
If it passes that auto check it then passes to the community to review, which can mean resolution in days or months. You need to be patient.
The screenshot you have provided does include submissions that on first impression might have difficulty being approved.
I shall move this to nomination support, and if you can supply full details of some of those we can advise, if these are good nominations likely to pass. We can advise on how to improve or make other suggestions.
