yes my points too that if this process is making there mail servers that much heavy then..i just wanted to point the flaw in their system

but where is a problem then i think everyone should point it out inspite of being bearer of problem if we are not going to raise issues how are they goona improve and do faster things
Good point about space. Need to have a clear out and delete all the extra Portal Keys I’ve been picking up for the current Ingress event.
The solution we have now is based on problems that have been identified previously and this is the best possible solution available that works. It may not please everyone. I can’t think of a solution that exists anywhere where everyone was happy with a given outcome. I know the solution we have right now isn’t perfect. Niantic (Soon to be Scopely) knows the solution we have now isn’t perfect. But it’s a system that works based on what they can do.

You are assuming that the 230k is stored in a seperate database from the other records… We don’t know if the information is duplicated for the purposes of the challenge, an extra field has been populated to show that the nomination is part of the challenge, or the SQL query has been set up to look at nominations based on timeframes. I am going to assume that the data is held in one database, and that a given query based on the database structure will take time to produce the right results.

after the certain level reached lets say 50 inspection for community reward after that give that person a task medal and put their data onto seperate list.
all this can be checked as i was clearly seeing my counting of inspection so that means they were keeping record of my count too.
then after event end just mail the list of persons to their respective game which is already selected.
and rewards coupons should be generated before the event ends as after it ends there will be only matter of getting list and sending them.
The rewards can only be generated once the event has been completed. Those who have reached 50 reviews, may end up reviewing 250 or 500 reviews by the end of the challenge. The rewards are not based on completing each tier. So you don’t get the rewards, from what I recall, for doing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. If you reached Tier 3, you get 1 reward not 3 (1 for each tier). If I am wrong on this, I am sure the Ambassadors and staff can correct me on this. You will get rewards for Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and Ingress, so may end up with 3 codes, one for each game and one for Wayfarer.
I don’t agree with the idea of generating codes before the event ends, as this could cause performance issues if done at the wrong time and also will penalise anyone who has reached later tiers if they are excluded from getting other tiered awards.

Email always seems to cause issues for many. Spam = Junk = whatever name your email provider uses. If Gmail or Outlook check Focused versus no focused (and myriad of folders they all have)..
And check deleted folders. If you, like some have have put niantic email on auto delete - well there goes rewards email. And depending on how often you set up clean up then whoopsie - it’s a goner.
Then also go into your account and check what email account you actually have on your account. For this looking me as though I am very special (some kind of 1d1ot). You would be suprised how many people have changed or even forgotten their email set up.
Cause the message of no receiving are about to roll in.
Now I maybe lucky and have never had a fail. But the first time. I had to check everything before I worked out Mr Junk was naughty…

There are several methods of connecting to pokemon Go. For players with multiple connection methods, what emails will be used ?
It should be the one that is associated with log in to wayfarer. Where you should receive notification of submissions and resolutions.

I had the wrong email listed on my wayfarer profile, seems to be some default email.
I just updated it to the correct one. Can a mod confirm i’ll recieve the rewards to the correct mail?
It’s seems my code hasn’t get but this distributed will be end soon. Can be finish quick because this is short time now.
