Egal ob du dich für einen appeal, oder eine Neueinreichung entscheidest, solltest du diesen Punkt gut verarbeiten.
Ist dieser Schaukasten wirklich für Gemeindeinformationen?
Ist der Standort wirklich schon öffentlicher Boden?
Dadurch das streetview hier nicht verfügbar ist, sollte dein Supportfoto und deine Supportinfo bestenfalls diese Zweifel ausräumen.
Hier ich habe mal in google maps einen Kasten um das Schulgelände gemacht und da wo der Blaue punkt ist ist der poi (Schaukasten für Informationen) der Schaukasten ist also öffentlich zugänglich und für Gemeindeinformationen
Hey, wenn der Schaukasten direkt vor der Schule steht oder ein Schulgebäude berührt, ist es tatsächlich immer noch korrekt, wegen Schule abzulehnen, auch wenn man dafür nicht in die Schule muss und es von außen erreichbar ist
Das sieht nach dem Parkplatz der Schule aus, das würde bedeuten, dass es niemals akzeptabel wäre

Blaue:Schaukasten für Informationen
Rot : Parkplätze der Anwohner
Grün :Parkplatz der Schule

It is a case that every location needs to be judged individually.
If it is outside a boundary I always start to look favorably at the situation as a starting point as a boundary is a boundary after all.
In many countries of the world and many locations similar to this it will not be an issue.
The key here is that it has been raised as a potential issue so that is what you need to address. So look at it with critical eyes and explain why there is no issue with people stopping and reading a noticeboard or stopping for a similar time to play a game.
