You are not able to appeal rejected nominations here. You need to use the appeal button on the wayfarer website itself. If the nomination doesn’t have an appeal button, that likely means you’ve already used your two appeals and that you’ll need to wait for the 15 day cool down period for them to refresh.

Would you like advice on whether you should appeal or not? I didn’t see anything on Street View at the address you gave that would be eligible to submit, and that address is SFPRP - Single Family Private Residential Property - which is an ineligible location. The address that Google gives can be inaccurate, so the gps coordinates from your submission email would be better to show us where you put the pin, and screenshots of your contribution, including the rejection reason(s) could help us help you decide whether it is worth using an appeal on.
