Those ineligible wayspot are just staying on borrowed time until someone report them.they might be successful with a few. But once they got greedy, other reviewer can spot and mass report them. You can see example here
You can kinda achieve this already by simply taking the pictures in your regular camera mode and then doing the web submit later (from scratch).
That’s a crazy example from Germany. I also report fake Wayspots whenever I spot them, but honestly, removing a fake Wayspot takes much more time and effort than just reviewing. It’s frustrating because if that time were spent on regular reviewing instead, we could have created so many more high-quality Wayspots for the community.
Yes true. But by reporting it, we are stopping those ineligible wayspot creation. Whoever responsible also will receive punishment
